We believe in the continued utilisation and analysis of management information (MI) to achieve greater economies for its clients. The MI reports produced on clients’ behalf are used as the basis for review meetings, bringing forward recommendations to affect further savings with the preferred supplier base including an examination of accommodation provider and venue utilisation within the agreed hotel and conference programme and negotiation of allocations to ensure greater use where required. In addition, BSI will create an ongoing KPI reporting suite which would be available both online and in electronic format.

Online MI Reporting

The launch of the 2nd generation version of International Reservations’ self-booking tool technology, BSIDirect™, also saw the launch of our online management information reporting tool.

Today, many of our clients are fully empowered to create and download their own real-time reports – naturally, as part of our commitment to account management and strategic cost reduction, we will still provide detailed analysis of MI on a regular basis to ensure your objectives are met.
