International Reservations can accommodate the full range of payment settlement methods including payment on departure, invoice directly to client, lodged card or billback.

As a group function, International Reservations’ billback service is managed and operated by BSI’s finance team.

BSI has significant experience of providing hotel accommodation and conference billback services to corporate and public sector clients. Our current billback portfolio comprises over 50 clients, with a total annual spend in excess of £60m, the smallest client spend at approximately £100k per year and the largest exceeding £15m annually.

BSI has a range of billback services currently in operation, varying in complexity and sophistication dependant on client requirements.
